--- Well, we may not have green chile "tomorrow" but it won't be very long.  So, today we took a moment to enjoy a unique regional dish of our own as a reminder that we should seek out the foods that are distinctly southwestern when we're in New Mexico, Colorado, Utah (fry sauce), and Arizona.

I can't wait to get some REAL Mexican food again...at least...closer to real than what you get in Lafayette.
